Exercise2: The Neck Lift This pose aims to tighten the neck and jawline, preventing sagging and firming up double chins. Pucker your lips over to one side as much as you can (you should feel a stretch in your cheek). Turn your head to that side, lifting your head up at about a 45-degree angle. Feel the stretch in your neck. Hold for three seconds. Repeat. Repeat on the other side.

Exercise3: Baby Bird This pose tightens the jaw by working out your chewing muscle and prevents your chin and neck from sagging Press the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, then smile and swallow while pointing your chin at the ceiling.

Exercise 4: Neck Massage This exercise helps with lymphatic drainage and alleviates neck tension. It helps to correct sagging skin around your jaw and neck. Tilt your head back slightly. Place your fingers at the top of your neck. Apply gentle pressure as you glide your fingers down to your collarbone. Press into your collarbone for a few seconds before releasing your fingers. Continue for 30 seconds.

Exercise 5: Jaw Unlocker This exercise engages the muscles in your jaw and neck. While seated, make a fist with your left hand and place it on the outside of your jaw with your thumb facing down. Turn your head toward your fist, feeling a stretch on the side of your neck. Don’t allow your hand to move. Then press your jaw toward your hand for a few seconds. Gently release. Repeat on the opposite side.

Exercise 6: Smooth Smile Lines

Use your tongue to break down the tension in the muscle from the inside out.

Do five circles clockwise and five circles counterclockwise once per day to smooth smile lines.
